Saturday seemed to radiate a "visit the park that you've always wanted to go!" allure, but it also screamed — at 8am — in an annoying pitch: "WAKE UP! You have an initiation to attend." So, in the haze of my awakening, and the need to meet up with the semi-formal dress-code: my native midriff, Free People dress came to the rescue. (I seem to have a thing for flowy & fun dresses, and Free People is always there to save the day.) As you might expect, there's nothing I don't adore about this dress. The midriff. The print. Its playfulness. Its got it all! I've only worn it once, in a more dolled up way, so this time I chose to let the dress work its wonders, and paired it with my casual, wooden Zara platforms. Perfect attire to attend the initiation, and then strut my way down the park with my "petit-ami." AKA: The man behind the lens, who took these lovely shots.
Free People dress // Zara platforms // Marshalls purse // Spoon earrings.
Hope you like them!
Sincerely, Blanche! xx
