I can't believe I'm finally posting these images (or any images at all, really) here on the blog! Here am I modeling about, together with mon petit ami's brother, Concalma's latest tote bag collection. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this brand, con calma in spanish means with ease or at ease and its name rounds up perfectly the look good, feel good vibe of the company in general. Even though handbags have been their main product, Concalma is also responsible for supporting Puerto Rico's local industry by selling other Puerto Rican artists goods like: Cordillera Necklace, Tres Tristes, Luiny, Cabo Cado... among others.
And so, now that you are in the know, all that is left for me to say is that I'm extremely thankful for being part of this lookbook and for meeting such incredible and inspiring people! From the owner and founder herself: Matilsha Marxuach ( can you say girl boss?!) and the uber talented photographer: Payola, it was a trendy and vintage blast! Also, on set I got to experiment with Fililí by Luiny's jewelry― my personal favorite ― and it turns out I am OK with how a septum cuff looks on me. Who would've known
Like what you see? Are you currently in New York? If you answered yes to both of those questions, it's your lucky week! Concalma's pop up shop is in its last week in the Bronx Museum, so be sure to pass by!
Thanks for passing by, peeps!
Sincerely, Bianca! xx
